One-to-one Supports

INDIVIDUALIZED AND GOAL-ORIENTED 1:1 CARE

This program provides children, youth and their families with a one-to-one support worker to assist the child or youth to access community recreation and leisure activities. The one-to-one support worker will also assist the child or youth to learn daily living, social, and life skills. The one-to-one ratio allows for highly specialized focus on the individual’s needs, abilities, and goals.

Referrals from MCFD or an ICFS are required to become part of Strive’s Children and Youth Services Program.
