Community Leisure Program

STRIVE LIVING SOCIETY’S COMMUNITY LEISURE PROGRAM KEEPS ADULTS WITH ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURY ACTIVE AND ENGAGED IN THE COMMUNITY.

The Community Leisure Program (CLP) is a community-based recreational and social program providing individualized and group activities. The CLP is based in New Westminster and North Surrey.

The Community Leisure Program operates Monday to Friday, 11am – 3pm

Option 1

Programs and activities include but are not limited to:

  • Cognitive Programs
  • Exercise Programs
  • Arts and Crafts
  • Music related Programs
  • Educational Sessions
  • Outdoor and Indoor Walks
  • Community Outings
  • Movies
  • Toonie Lunches

A referral from the Fraser Health Authority Acquired Brain Injury Program is required to join the Community Leisure Program.
